The restaurant has pretty decor and is situated in Chadstone's new social quarters. The food was good and I loved the option to have a lettuce wrapped burger rather than a traditional bun. The flavour was great, however, when we tried their new lobster roll we bit into a shell and I wish the egg was cooked a bit better.

Everything was amazing. If your a fan of a dirty burger and fries which I am! You will love it. There's nothing I can say I didn't like. Place was clean, set up was cool and gets busy for a good reason!! Go and check it out.

For such a large chain I wasn’t expecting much, but they have a pretty decent offering of the classics. Their crispy chicken burgers and fries are solid - can’t really fault them at all. Beef burgers are unfortunately not as good. Still above average but lacking a bit in flavour and ratio of meat to bun. On this occasion we also had onions rings that were way too salty. Stick to the classic chicken burger and fries and you’re gold.

When in Melbourne, definitely try this place. Vegetarian option is the shroom burger (crispy patty loaded with Cheese & mushrooms) its just amazing.

Do not waste your money . I ordered three burgers and chicken strips and two cokes . I asked for no ice in the cokes . Yes a small thing but they put in ice I said I asked for none the response was oops 😬 I asked if the meals came with chips twice the girl said yes . Burgers came two were not cooked both had cheese one asked for no cheese (buns still frozen) I asked about the chips was told no you pay for them separate. At this stage line was huge I asked if I could order here as I had asked twice was told no . Ask the manager near pick up counter she can fix for you she told us no join the line I said we already did that she said not my problem and pointed at the line . When or two new burgers came out picture below they were basically following apart .Buns still cold . We gave up. I asked to speak to the manager once again on the way out she told me I’m too busy for this .

The staff were lovely however the burgers aren't the best and nothing we'd rush back for. To top it off, the insides of the mushroom burger squirted out the back and burnt my thumb as it was boiling hot. Sorry for any diners who heard me accidentally swear!

Pathetic on all fronts. 1. The 'outdoor' dining area was closed off even though the restaurant was still open. We were told the staff had already cleaned those tables and didn't want anyone else to sit there. 2. Queue of customers waiting to order and be seated and only 1 register open yet there were 2 staff members just standing at the 2nd closed register, chatting. 3. Cold fries with no seasoning. 4. Overly greasy chicken. Do better, Betty's!
